Returns and Exchanges

• To make an exchange or return you must do so within 30 days of the item being shipped to you.
• The item must be in the same shipment condition and cannot show any signs of usage.
• YOU MUST FIRST FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW.
• Please do NOT send back any items without submitting a return/exchange request. Failure may result in a denial.
• Wait for a CX representative to respond back and confirm your request which will take 24-48 hrs.
